excellent stay at the palm

the staff was amazing from start to finish i was greeted warmly and helped with everything i needed. dileesh helped with our cars and taxis he was very efficient. solbhin nobert ali cham francis and barsha were also helpful they really went the extra mile for us. the room was nice and clean plus the entire place always smells fresh.
sound isolation was poor i could hear noise from the passing cars. the windows did have double glazing but triple glazed sound proofed glazing would be even better. this would greatly improve the experience for sensitive sleepers like me.

the room was very clean , and the entire hotel smelled so fresh ! the beds were super-comfortable , and the maid-service was first class. the location is top notch with less than a one minute walk to the shopping mall.
the sound isolation was poor , i heard noise of passing by cars. the breakfast was terrible , very few options were available despite it was listed as 'wonderful breakfast included'.

i stayed in a luxury one-bedroom apartment. it was clean and spacious. the kitchen was well equipped. the staff was friendly and helpful. they even provided a piece of cake since it was my birthday. the breakfast had fresh items, even though it was limited.
The sound isolation is poor. I could hear noise from passing cars.

the room was big and super clean , it had a washer and dryer. nakheel mall is right behind the hotel , so getting food and groceries was easy. i really enjoyed my stay, and it's my go-to place now!
the sound isolation wasn't great, i could hear cars passing by.
